Control your locomotives
You use it to program your decoders (Mobile and
Stationary).
You use it to program your Command Station with the
features your want and don't want.

have sound decoders you can blow the whistle or ring the bell.
Some throttles you can interface with Stationary decoders
and operate turnouts or remote devices.
